Frequently asked questions. Limits, changes, cancellation and the refund.
Nothing is hidden and nothing is deleted. Limits are checked when you create something new, so everything you already have stays readable, and you upgrade only when you want to add more.
It applies right away. You pay the difference for the rest of the current period, with an invoice for that amount, and the new limits are on the moment the payment goes through.
It is scheduled for the end of the period you already paid for. Until then you keep the plan you have; after that the smaller plan starts and nothing is deleted.
The plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and nothing is charged after that. Then the account goes back to Free with all your data in place.
Yes. Within 14 days of your first payment, write to [email protected] and we refund it in full. It applies once per account, to the first payment of a subscription, monthly or annual. Renewals and plan changes are not refundable.
No. The price you see is the total you pay, and nothing is added at checkout.
By card, through Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach our servers. You can change the card and download every invoice from Settings.
